I have been having allergy-like symptoms in my home over the past couple years and have had my space inspected several times.

I have used the highest rated and most recommended mold inspectors in my area and got very mediocre services. I was told there was no mold, no water damage and nothing to worry about, but I was still feeling TERRIBLE!

Thankfully, my boyfriend had a connection to WellHome Inspections, and though I felt I had exhausted every avenue, I gave them a try. I was taken seriously and received an incredibly thorough home inspection and had several spaces in my home swab tested (which no one had ever even done before!!)

I finally felt validated as the tests came back positive for mold.

They took photos of everything that they found and walked me through each part step by step and offered solutions for every problem. They even sent me PDF documents of lab results and explained each mold source and how it would affect me.

I do not have a big budget to remediate and they were able to help me prioritize different areas of my home that needed to be addressed sooner rather than later. Mind you, they do not remediate themselves, so they were actually providing me with unbiased advice and direction.

I am SO GLAD I decided to work with WellHome Inspections and if you’re debating having them in your space, do it – you will not regret it!!
